This project was both an assignment and a passion project. I like to describe the piece as “explaining art to sports fans.” It is a marriage of the two worlds in my creative life. The main piece of this project is a 20-page book that outlines 5 different ways art is critiqued and described in the professional world, using sports photography that represents those concepts. I also created 4 posters to accompany the book that combine athletes and famous works of art with a little tongue-in-cheek.
